NPI Engineer
Responsibilities:
Manage transfer from R&D to production.
Lead and oversee products from design stage through collaboration with R&D, Marketing, and Production departments until end-of-life.
Manage configuration control and maintain engineering documentation.
Manage subcontractors for PCB assembly.
Provide support in NPI processes and PCB manufacturing technologies.
Requirements:
Degree in Electronic Engineering – mandatory.
Previous experience in similar engineering roles within electronic product manufacturing companies.
Familiarity with production lines for electronic products.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with change control and engineering processes (ECO/MCO, etc.).

What you’ll do
- Build features end-to-end with Django and Django REST Framework: design APIs, data models, and services that are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
- Write clean, well-tested Python, following best practices for readability, reliability, and performance.
- Optimize data access via Django ORM and (when needed) raw SQL; tune queries and schema for performance.
- Own cloud delivery on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, ElastiCache, Lambda, Kinesis, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, and more): deploy, manage, and continuously improve our cloud footprint.
- Harden reliability & security while keeping cost-effectiveness in mind.
- Troubleshoot production: diagnose complex issues across services, infrastructure, and data layers; implement permanent fixes.

- Collaborate in a microservices & Kubernetes environment: contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical roadmaps.

Must-have skills & experience
- 3+ years building highly scalable SaaS / complex applications.
- 5+ years in back-end development with Python (Django) (Java experience is an advantage).
- 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, ElastiCache, Lambda, Kinesis, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Experience with microservice architecture managed by Kubernetes.
- Strong with PostgreSQL and Redis; ClickHouse is a significant plus.
- Comfortable working with AI capabilities (integrations, services, workflows).
- Proven track record of deep-diving into complex areas, analyzing systems, proposing solutions, and shipping changes.
- Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering (or equivalent); alumni of elite tech units with relevant experience welcome.
- Passion for clean architecture, high-quality code, and automated testing.

Responsibilities:
• Work with defined existing direct accounts, develop new accounts and relationships, and assist in bidding on large projects to grow sales.
• Work with sales channels to maximize sales of products and services in the territory of focus by establishing business plans and annual goals,

Motion Controls Applications Engineer (US)
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a successful track record of sales in the automation sector.
Responsibilities:
• Present product and technical product information and training to customers, distributors and sales and support teams in individual or group settings.
• Provide superior analytical problem solving expertise for users’ functional and performance requirements.
• Provide guidance on communication protocols, wiring setup, and optimal configuration for interfacing Unitronics products with third-party systems.
• Write custom software examples for end-users and debug existing projects.
• Documentation, training, and customer communications.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in motion control related engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Controls).
• 3+ years experience in the design, support and/or sale of servo systems is required.
• High level of knowledge and experience in closed loop motion control systems and their components/technologies: motion controllers, encoders, servo drives, servo motors, and PLC based host applications.
• Experience in electro-mechanical systems and components.
• Understanding of programming languages; Ladder Logic is a plus!
• High level of travel (50%+) to train distributors, representatives, OEMs and customers in the US and abroad.
