Use these functions to set the PLC's RTC in your Ladder application.
These functions will take the RTC value from your PC, store them in the Time and Date structs and write it to the PLC.
Note that the RTC Time struct includes Local Time; you can use this to adjust timestamps in your program.
You can also set the RTC via other methods, including UniApps.
